|
The Waikato DNA Sequencing Facility is part of the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Waikato; situated in Hamilton, New Zealand.
The facility offers a DNA sequencing service based on the Applied Biosystems 3130xl Genetic Analyzer, providing sequencing and genotyping for researchers from single-stranded, double-stranded, PCR-derived and environmental DNA templates.
For large numbers of similar templates or reactions such as clone libraries or environmental collections with large sample numbers.
Students, staff and collaborative projects undertaken with the University of Waikato can be eligible for a special rate.
Take on Amplicon or Genomic projects with the GS Junior.
Material and Data Archival: All templates and primers are stored frozen (-20°C) for at least three months and resulting data is securely archived, should you experience a data loss, need electronic versions of your results, or find that the return of your reseach material would be beneficial, please contact us and let us know.
