Sequence Direct

For a small additional cost, a researcher can opt to send in a compliant aliquot of PCR product, cells, culture, phage supernatant, or picks from colonies or plaques. We will prepare your DNA template from your research material and take the generated template directly to sequencing.

This service adds 1 business day to the turnaround time

Sequence direct is available for PCR products, plasmids or other circular DNA from:

• Stabilised culture broth
• Phage culture supernatant
• Plaque or Colony picks
• Glycerol stocks
• Targets in plate format

Prepared template and remaining target material can also returned with your results on request.

We regret that the Sequence Direct service is not available to our international customers due to restrictions on the importation of biologically viable material.
