Before submitting your templates, please download our Request Form
(in Adobe Acrobat format, approx 66KB) and
include a printed copy of this form when
sending your material.
We will notify you via email when your sequencing request is
complete. Results can be made available in a number of ways;
please indicate your preference by ticking the appropriate box(es) on
the Request form.
- E-mail: The sequence text file is sent via email in FASTA
format.
- Electropherogram printout: The electropherograms are sent
as a hard copy via the mail.
- FTP: This method allows you have access to both the text
and sequence files from our FTP server. Researchers are able to
edit their trace data and perform downstream analysis.
We can supply the resulting sequence
files on a 100MB zip disk or CD-R if required, please submit the
appropriate disk with your request.
Please remember that the Waikato DNA sequencing facility
